Poor quality hardware and no customer support from Midwest industries

The rail itself seems decent. it's the screws that are problematic. The instructions say to torque the screws to 20in-lbs but the screws stripped at 15 in-lbs. I know that there are other comments that say the same thing so this seems pretty common. Worse part is that I tried contacting Midwest industries customer service multiple times to get new screws and no response at all. They usually make good stuff but now I have second thoughts about buying their products in the future when many other companies are very willing to make things right with their customers.
