great product but Optics Planet Sucks

If you read the product info OP states they have Threaded Barrels available and to e-mail them once the order has been placed. I did this immediately and after 3 days of BS from them they never swapped the barrel and just shipped the item. This was even after I had to provide them with the SKU # because they were too lazy to look up my order even though I had also provided them it as well. There solution to them screwing up was wait a week for it to arrive then ship it back for a return. That would lead to a 4 week turn around. How about you fix the issue and ship the customer the product they requested with a call tag for the other barrel. Nope they wouldn’t do squat even after a phone call. Well after spending over $1000.00 in the last two months with them I am done. Never again !!!! Steer clear folks !!!
