No help from Pale Blue if/when they fail

Bought a variety of different sized Pale Blue Earth ("PBE") batteries. Went to charge all of them, and all seemed fine except the 4x AA did not have the charging indicator light showing (i.e., red when charging, green when fully charged).
Emailed PBE through their website, and received an amazingly fast reply asking me for a little more info. I replied to their email immediately...and they have gone totally absent since. I've sent 3 additional follow-up emails over the course of 2-3 weeks asking if there's an update, or if they need any other info from me, and none have been replied to.
Do not be fooled by a 1 year warranty, that's only a bonus if you can actually get them to honor it or have the courtesy to reply to you.
