I wanted a regular looking duffel bag for transporting smaller than 30" tools, support gear and personal-items; this works amazing. It doesn't have MOLLE or straps inside, but using your imagination tools can be secured and cushioned. There's plenty of room for support items in their belt/pouches/rig. If you've the discipline of being careful organizing a bag, you can add plenty of clothing for a good solid couple of days. Why going this route when rifle bags are available? The ones I liked: were too expensive, looked a little obvious even so they were marketed as discreet, or simply weren't made with the standards I seek. Discreet backpacks may work too, but usually there isn't much room for anything else. Nevertheless, they're a low profile alternative if those are your needs. The main compartment of this bag approximately measures (LxWxH): 30"x16"x13", inside it has two side pockets 24"x3"x10". My bag at the bottom might be a little less than 30", but this was expected with a duffel. The ESS International Bag in the pictures shows zippers with strings, mine didn't came with the strings, but isn't a deal-breaker (I believe different versions were made). To avoid any potential unwanted issues dealing with the environment around, I prefer them without strings. Also, I wish the shoulder strap hooks were completely made of metal.
