I received the Sniper AR Complete Top Mounted Fixed Rear Sight today. It is delivered properly packaged inside a ziplock bag inside a small brown carton box for protection. I opened the box and was pleased with the non-gloss black finish. The letrering on the unit is crisp and easy to read. The problem was the location of the flat 6/3 markings on the elevation knob. They are located facing the right side of the assembly instead of facing to the left of the assembly as on all A2 style rear sights. I attempted to correct the issue by unscrewing the set screw underneath but the elevation knob top does not separate enough from the bottom to both parts spin separate from one another. That being said, the elevation knob does bottoms out four clicks away from the 6/3 markings which is consistent with the operation of the A2 rear sights.
