Great concept, but this does not live up to what it promises. After using this snake with Hoppes bore cleaner, I then ran patches through the bore and found that there was still significant powder and cooper residue. I tried this on both new and old rifles all with the same result. So, it's a good idea, but they just do not clean the bore as I'd hoped. I'd spend less money on the non-viper version and finish cleaning with brushes and patches.

terrible chinese work

Brand new and the "leather" is peeling apart and cracking. It's typical Chinese junk.
There is no way these bags are worth more than a couple of bucks.
I'm going to see if I can get a refund as getting them replaced is pointless.
All products should have a country of origin on them so that we don't have to end up in this mess.
