Set up easy no issue mounting to rifle. Sits too far forward on the rifle and will need to get another optic. Eye relief is too short for my purposes.

Vortex OPMOD Diamondback Tactical 6-24x50mm Rifle Scope, 30mm Tube, First Focal Plane (FFP)
Easy to zero. Clear glass. Turret adjustments for various distances and wind conditions. Constructed from solid material. Parallax works well and can be set to Infiniti. Buy good rings, leveler kit, and torque screwdriver. The only adverse comment is that the numbers on the turret repeat past 14 or 15 moa or so. Meaning, when you adjust past the first sequence, you need to remember that you have started the next sequence. At 500 yards, the adjustment is 11.25 moa, but longer distances would put you past the 14 or 15 moa and into the new sequence starting with 1.

Really nice sight for the M-18. Much faster target acquisition and enhanced accuracy. For example, instead of aligning both the rear and the front sight to the target, all you need do with the red dot is place the dot where you intend to shoot. Great brightness controls, easy to adjust the dot, and built from solid materials. The dot easily mounts to the M-18 by taking the slide off, pulling off backplate and extractor assembly, and unscrewing the two sight screws underneath, removing the rear sight and top plate. The dot screws directly into the top of the slide with the screws provided.

REALLY AWESOME RED DOT! Easy to mount with the built in clamp that secures directly to the rail. Has a large reticle window that offers wide field of view. The red dot can be adjusted from dim to bright with ease. Battery compartment is readably accessible. The device is made from solid materials. Overall an excellent tool to help you become faster and more accurate!
