Best compact 4x rimfire PERIOD

This scope fills a very specific niche. I was on the hunt for a quality fixed power optic for my daughter’s savage rascal. This rifle is very small and the other 4x rimfire scopes I have looked comically large when fitted up. There are a couple of other options out there but I dont waste money on cheap scopes anymore. The inconsistency in performance is a turn off. I know there are some ok ones (I have a simmons that works great) but Ive gone through too many failed optics to bother. The Primary Arms 6x is awesome but provided a but too much zoom. Leupold’s 4x rimfire checked all the blocks and I’m confident this scope will be in the family for years and possibly generations.

Best red dot in its class

I have two of these. My first one I had an initial issue with but Ive learned to live with it. Its an inherent quirk in design. There is a slight diagonal pink hue in your view when you have a light at your back and your target is in a darker area. I dont notice it anymore and Ive come to love that these hold zero, look great and the price is excellent. I havent abused mine at all but a few 100rds and banging around in my truck has done nothing to it. Ive messed around with budget optics before (trs-25, sightmark, etc) but the Sig Romeo is my benchmark. I will not go below this because it has consistently performed better
Quality you can feel

I have a couple Trybe ambi charge handles and they work great. I bought this because I wanted to start experimenting with higher end components to see if there is a discernible difference. These raptors are robust! They have a tactile quality feel and certainly seem sturdier than stock or my Trybes. Only time will tell if its worth it.
