I have had one of these on a Colt M4 for 2-3 years and am very happy. I like Magpul products but the stock I have replaced with the Hogue was just a little looser than I like. This stock is tight. Highly recommend.

I purchased this for my M1A scout. After going back and forth about whether to use a scout scope or a traditionally mounted scope, I finally chose this route. I'm still left guessing as I have not shot a scout scope yet. However, I am very comfortable with the latter and that is when I decided to purchase the Springfield mount. The installation was a little more involved than I was anticipating but certainly not something that requires a gunsmith. It is rock solid once installed and the aesthetics are great!
