I prefer vertical holsters more than horizontal. Theses are hard to find, especially in black. Any 1911 4" and 4 1/4" fits perfectly, with or without rail. Stays close to your body. I wear this holster and carry a Kimber 1911 Eclipse Pro (all steel) with the HHS (wide) shoulder harness and the quad mag holder without the straps (not needed, quad mag holder has tension screws). The holster with the fully loaded Eclipse in it is the same weight as the quad carrier with 4 fully loaded mags in it, so it's perfectly balanced and I have 41 45acp's for my immediate disposal! Not bad fire power, huh!

Good gloves. Size runs large so order one size down, they'll stretch! Good gripping and keeps your hands clean. Easy on and off too. Their not all leather as the picture's suggest, but they look as if they'll hold up under use.

I've installed 6 sets of these on my revolvers. I've previously reviewed my opinions of the grips on here, I simply love everything about them from the feel to the way the installation screw practically disappears into the soft (and well thought out) rubber flap, only a little over 1/8" of the screw head is visible when it's seated, no need to over tighten, you can't feel the screw or nut. Remove the cross pin from the revolver handle frame and slowly slide the Diamond Pro Grips up the handle channel until it bottoms out and install the screw into the hidden steel nut in the other side and your ready. They have a perfect palm swell (even in the J frame). In pictures they always appear two-tone (black and gray), but their actually all black.

I already wrote a positive review on these Pro Diamond Grips from Optics Planet after my first purchase of two grips. This is my second purchase for two more Pro Diamond Grips, and I still love them! Best revolver grips on the market for fit and performance. These grips make a S & W 3" barreled 629 feel like you fired a 3" barreled 624!

If your a S & W (round butt) nut like me, simply remove your existing grips and tap out the bottom grip handle cross pin with a punch, slide these Diamond Pro's all the way up the grip handle until their fully seated and screw the (included) grip screw through to the opposite grip until snug, and your done! They are the perfect size for carrying concealed. These grips have a remarkable feel and texture with a generous palm swell and finger grooves for excellent gripping. These grips also completely enclose the rear backstrap on the grip frame with about a half inch of rubber between the grip frame and your thumb/palm. I put the first pair (just to cut right to the chase and see what their made of) on my 3" 629-2E 44mag and quick-fired 6 250 grain JHP's and I was immediately impressed. It felt like I fired one of my 3" 624 or 625 loads. These grips felt better and absorbed more recoil than any other grip I have ever used. I've installed 5 pair on my 3" N frames so far and I installed a pair (which also has a palm swell and 3 finger grooves) on my wifes 2" 940 J frame and these grips made a big improvement for getting a good grip. I was not a big fan of Pachmayr's, until these Diamond Pro's came out. Pictures always make these Diamond Pro's look 2 tone, like gray and black, but their actually all black.

I've bought several pair of these grips as well as the grip kit sets which contain the mainspring housing so you can have a magwell that matches the grips and backstrap These grips feel great and don't wear like rubber or wood.

Love the feel and love the perfect fit. I have the full size with the matching magwell and the compact size that come ready for use with an aftermarket magwell (both 1911's). Excellent shooting grips that wear better than anything else I have from wood to rubber. One full size pair has had a minimum of 1,500 rounds fired with them, and they still feel new!

The product description said it was intended to withstand a 44magnum shot, when the box came it said up to a 45acp shot. We haven't shot it with our 44magnums yet, but the frame and swinging targets hold up very well to our 45acp's. Don't bother applying the 4 stick-on orange targets that come in the box, they wouldn't last 10 shots, us them at the indoor range instead. Just carry some cheap black (or white) spray paint with you instead to cover the metal after the bullets chip it off. The legs are a little short and the swinging target is too close to the ground when fully stuck in the ground, so we cut 2 - 5/8" x 24" long pieces of conduit and slid 1 over each leg and it is at a perfect height when stuck in the ground about 12". Tilt the frame forward a little because it will get knocked plumb and even backwards pretty quick from the impact. We just ordered another one because I got tired of waiting for the target to stop spinning.

I bought it to touch up some tiny marks and chips on aluminum/alloys used on Sig, Kimber and similar frames. I also touched up some Mossberg 930 and 935 and similar barrels. It dries to a flat black. The first coat was not a real deep black, so where I needed the deeper black, I waited an hour and applied another coat and the black did deepen in color. Since the touch-ups I've shot the guns and got the barrels hot and cleaned the guns with solvents and oils. The touch-ups have held up! Make sure to clean the bare metal spots to assure proper adhesion. My only complaint is that the felt tip could have been a little finer for hairline scratches, the tip on the pen is about equal to most "medium " felt tips.

These (and the 42") are the best fitting gun socks I have ever had for tactical firearms with high rise scopes/handles/handgrips. This 47" tactical gun sock is perfect for all tactical rifles and shotguns with a bottom pistol grip and top mounted scope with see through mounts. Plenty of room and give. It is also nice to see several lighter tan colored socks in an otherwise dark safe.
