Depending on your application, white line spacers add a real touch of class to the installation of sling swivel studs. In most cases they can easily be added to a previously installed sling swivel stud. Uncle Mike's white line spacers are very well made, consistent in thickness and diameter, are bright white and very durable. I have used them for years with excellent results. I ran out of my existing supply and found that Optics Planet offered them at the best price to be found. I placed my order for two packages. They only had one package in stock, which arrived very quickly within a week, and the back ordered package arrived less than a week later. So I received a great product, got it quickly and at a great price. A win-win all around!!

I just purchased a new Remington 597 semi-automatic rifle chambered in .22 WMR. Remington only supplies one magazine with the rifle so I wanted to get a spare. As I have often found with many products, Optics Planet had the best price on this Remington magazine so I placed my order with them for it. Shipping was quick and I had the magazine within the week. The magazine I received was in the sealed Remington factory packaging in pristine condition. It was exactly as represented and what I expected. After removing the magazine from the package, I found it to be in perfect condition, well-made and well-marked with the caliber. The magazine capacity is 8 rounds and is designed for both .22WMR and .17HMR. The body is made of die-cast zinc metal with a black plastic removable bottom and a bright fluorescent orange magazine follower for safety. The magazine is easily and quickly disassembled for cleaning and reassembly is equally as quick and easy. I found the functioning of the magazine to be smooth, locked into place properly, properly operates the bolt stop and released from the rifle properly. I was also very pleased to see on the packaging that the magazine is made in he United States by American workers. My only beef with this product is with the packaging. As I have often found with many products, Optics Planet had the best price on Remington choke tubes so I placed my order with them for it. Shipping was quick and I had the choke tube within the week. The choke tube I received, Improved Cylinder, was in the sealed Remington factory packaging in pristine condition. It was exactly as represented and what I expected. After removing the choke tube from the package, I found it to be in perfect condition, well-marked and flawlessly machined. I was also very pleased to see on the packaging that the choke tuber is made in the United States by American workers.
My only beef with this product is with the packaging. The choke tube comes in a nice plastic blister pack with a good informational package card. However, the blister pack is not the type that you can pull apart and snap shut again. It is heat sealed and you have to cut it open to get the choke tube out. Essentially destroying the packaging. I like to save the packaging for all of my gun products whenever possible so I do find this to be a con with this product.
If you are looking for quality, flush-fit choke tubes for your Remington shotgun designed for the Rem Choke system, I highly recommend that you only use the factory Remington choke tubes. I just purchased a Remington 870 Tac-14 and wanted a quality, tactical soft case for it. Knowing Allen's reputation for quality and design, I went straight to their website and did a search. I found the 32" tactical soft case designed for short barrel pistol grip shotguns and knew this was the one. As I have often found with many products, Optics Planet had the best price on the case so I placed my order with them for it. Shipping was quick and I had the case within the week. I found the case to be first quality and as represented by Allen. Everything about the case met or exceeded my expectations. My 870 Tac-14 is 26 inches long with a straight Shockwave grip and a 14 inch barrel. So, it is a bit loose in the case but this is no issue and the case serves the purpose for my shotgun perfectly. The case is really designed for a shotgun with a pistol grip and 18 inch barrel and in that scenario, it would absolutely be a perfect fit. The rear side pocket has five sewn in elastic loops to hold shotgun shells and also enough room for a box of five shells as well. The center pocket can hold another box of five shells. The front zippered pouch could also hold loose shells or other small accessories or paperwork. The exterior fabric on the case is very tough and durable and has a nice Tactical logo embroidered on it. The interior is lined with a smooth, stain type fabric to protect the finish on any gun.
