Lasermax Spartan

Received Lasaermax Spartan battery was dead installed new battery mounted on pistol would only turn on from left side of pistol hard to turn off then could not get it turn on again. Called Optics Planet had to leave a message for a call back after 10 minutes on hold did not recieve a call back. Called Lasermax to see if they could help figure out what was wrong had to leave a message for a call back. Received a call back a few minutes later explained the problem. To my surprise Lasermax said they would send me a new unit great customer service. Have laser mounted and it works great. When I buy my next pistol I will buy another Lasermax laser for it. Thanks for the help.
