Great for a budget build

Written on Jun 10, 2024

I purchased the 8in barrel and was worried about feeding issues but was able to cycle about 140 rounds with no issues on my 1st range trip. Accuracy was good, wish I could upload a pic of the target for reference. Only complaint is the barrel fitment in the upper receiver was not as tight as I would like. Using a standard AR15 Anderson upper

You get what you pay for

I bought the 7in handguard and installed on a Anderson upper for a 9mm PCC build with 8in barrel. The pictanny rail is a little wider than the Anderson rail, was a little difficult to install the front back up sight. You will need a dedicated wrench or crows foot to torque down the barrel nut. Trying to align the mounting holes of the handguard to the barrel nut was also challenging, recommend getting a few more shims as the provided shims (2) were insufficient on getting to the proper angle to secure the handguard. Fits good once barrel nut is aligned properly, light weight and sturdy

Works but last round bolt hold open tab broke

Written on Jun 10, 2024

If you are building a PCC and starting from scratch, I would recommend using a dedicated AR9 lower. But if you have a AR15 lower and looking to build a 9mm PCC this will work but you get what you pay for. The LRBHO tab broke after 1st spent magazine. I ran about 140 rounds thru with no failure to feed or other catastrophic issues, using round nose FMJ. Colt metal metalform mag catches and releases with no issues. Works good for the price
