Heavy, Stripped Screw Easily
Written on May 31, 2024
Review for
NcSTAR GEN II SPR Cantilever QR Scope Mount
May be ok for a small caliber build. I stripped one of my screws easily and find the unit heavy and relatively poorly made. I would say use lighter, independent mounts for your optics, unless your really on a budget.

Very Slim and Affordable

These are nice. The grey model matches tungsten cerakote. It's also slightly slimmer than most other charging handles if you like that sort of thing. Seems well made. 4 out of 5.

Closer to Full Co-Witness with a 1.5 inch height center line
Written on Sep 15, 2023
These look and work amazing. Hold zero and well made. Great product for the price point in terms of durability and finish. I just wish they were a little taller at 1.93 like my EOtech Sights and Magnifiers. Still a great product. Just be aware when pairing with a magnifier.

Very Solid Option

Extremely clear glass for the price point. It has a great reticle and has the single dot option too. It also looks excellent under magnification. The only downside is that it has limited mounting options. However, if you like Full Co-Witness dots and the donut of death, this is a great entry level option. And it comes in FDE! Nice product.

Also fits the 3-18 GLx series scopes
Written on May 24, 2023
Works on the 1-8 series FFP SLx Griffin AND the GLx 3-18 ACSS HUD 30mm scopes I have. Also not available at Primary Arms for some reason. You just need to remove the existing small tabs on the magnification adjustment ring. Very easy install. Can't find this info anywhere on the manuals or Primary Arm's website either. Only place you hear it is in the reviews for people who got the wrong model.

Perhaps the best upgrade you can make to a front sight post
Written on Mar 31, 2023
For me, I slap these on almost every build. I like to use the green/yellow color post inserts with red dots and red color inserts with green dots. These provide me a ton of acquisition speed on a single dot reticle. HK style front sights work best IME.

Very Solid Option

Review for
SIG SAUER ROMEO5 1x20mm 2 MOA Red Dot Sight
This red dot is very solid for the money. It allows for mounting to Aimpoint footprint mounts, and works with NV. The turrets are not shrouded, and the mount is just ok. That being said, we can't afford to put an Aimpoint on every gun.

Review for
Radian Weapons Upper & Hand Guard Set
These upper receivers are pretty awesome. They have channels for gas cut in, and they machine a pin locking system that fits into both the upper and handguard. Very secure. I would feel confident about this rail holding zero for a laser system. For a fully cerakoted, high-end upper/handguard combo, this is a great deal. Charging handle is just icing on the cake.

Best on the market

In terms of a regular castle nut, this is my favorite. It's stainless steel, but it's but and a reduced weight with zero compromise in strength. Highly recommend if you are building yourself or trying to reduce weight.
