This rail came with no instructions, but I like puzzles so that's fine. It came together in about an hour with no need to "convince" the pieces to fall into place on my Mak90. This rail has a channel to leave the iron back-ups useable, and the weapon is still field-strippable with this rail in place. The lower portion of the rail has two aluminum pieces each held in place by two screws which had to be removed for my application.
