This is my 2nd 508T-GR-X2, and my 5th Holosun optic (507k-gr and 2 510-GR elites) all purchased from OP.
I also have 2 DPP's, and while they are solid and reliable red dots, the Holosun's value can't be beat.
Shake awake, 50K battery life, solar, titaniumm housing. I personally cannot justify spending almost $700 for an RMR
that has nowhere near this many features and just 1 dot. I respect the "made in America" moniker, and yes, we all know where the Holosun is made, but it is extremely well made, it was almost zero'd perfectly out of the box, and neither unit that I own has ever failed. I have 1 on my Walther PDP and installed this recent one on my Beretta APX a1. I have over 2,000 rounds on the PDP and the 508T has not lost zero. Will it survive SHTF? I'll cross that bridge when I get to it, but I don't see why it wouldn't. For me, Holosuns are money well spent.

I have purchased 2 DP Pros from Optics Planet. The first was for my Walther PDP full-size. It was easy to install and zero, and has so far kept it’s zero after 1,000 rounds. The glass is extremely clear, the unit is solid, and you don’t have to remove the unit to change the battery. The shake awake feature works great too. When researching red dots, I read that that Trijicon has a better battery life. That may be, but I was so happy with the DP Pro that I just purchased a second for my Beretta APX. Delivery from OP was quick, and I will continue to purchase from them. If, like me, your eyesight isn’t as sharp as it used to be, you will definitely benefit from a red dot. I went with this American Made gem, and couldn’t be happier. I can’t wait to take my DP equipped APX ti the range.
