I have the black Magpul SL on my 5.56 SPR and I really like it. It is about 3 ounces heavier than the Mission First Tactical Battlelink Minimalist Stock, but since I do not intend to carry the SPR around, it is not really a factor. Please, note that the Gray version of the Magpul SL Stock is very dark (very close to black).
