I read the reviews and heard it might not fits the real HK SP5. Issue is the SB tactical end cap has a big buffer plate were the HK factory cap has nothing. I tried putting it on but the SB end cap buffer was hitting an obstruction in the upper assembly. I found theres a metal shear in the back is preventing the end cap from depressing far enough for the pin to lock in. Solution for me what to get a Sharpie marker then drawl on the metal shear in the back of the assembly. then I smashed the SB end cap on to mark where it was hitting. Got a box cutter and shaved a 2mm by 8mm out of the plastic buffer and Perfecto, fit like a glove. (Alabama Arsenal has a HK SP5 review on Youtube showing this exact workaround.)

Great slide lockup. sturdy build quality, brace feel comfortable in the shoulder or forearm mounted. The increase in accuracy being able to shoulder the SP5 is insanely nice. This is an inbetween step to SBR lifestyle but it works so well.
