Aero Precision AR15/M4E1 Field Repair Kit
I almost passed up in the past for more extensive options, but after using in a couple builds, I have nothing negative to say. I recommend for build or to add to oops kit.

UTG Pro AR15 Ops Ready S1 Mil-spec Stock
Nice quality, nice tight fit with no rattle. But the negative doubles as the positive. Its very bulky. Too bulky and too much weight, in my opinion. But if you need to sacrifice for that bit of extra storage, this stock is for you. Just understand the pros and cons

coming to a State near you

The unfortunate part of living in an anti 2A state - paying even more for a 10/30 than you would for a 30/30 magazine.
Despite what any reviewer says, PMAGS are among the most reliable that you can buy. After non-stop issues with Hex Mags and a few others, I just stick to these now.

When Flashlight and Fridge Had a Baby
Written on Jun 27, 2025
This light is bright enough to summon moths from alternate dimensions. It stays lit under recoil like it’s personally offended by the concept of flickering.
Now the cons: this thing is HUGE. Strap it to your rifle and suddenly you're not wielding a firearm anymore, you're wielding a shoulder-mounted lighthouse. I tried to clear a doorway and accidentally took out a support beam.
And the pressure switch mount? It’s like someone asked, “What if we took a functioning idea and then made it out of anxiety and zip ties?” You might end up duct taping it, emotionally bonding with it, naming it Carl. I don’t know your journey.
Charging via USB-C, which is nice. But it takes hours to recharge. HOURS. Long enough to question your life choices and consider switching to candlelight combat.
Overall: reliable, affordable, and ginormous. Loses two stars for size, weight, and mount jank.
MERCA. Cue bald eagle scream.

Fortis RED Mod 2
Written on May 29, 2024
Nice device. As far as the quality of machining and finish, its up there with my BCM, Lantac, and Silencerco pieces.
As far as performance, yes it's loud, but you know that going it. Does well to mitigate perceived recoil.
Shockwaves sent outwards, saving you from concussive blast.
It is pre-drilled for pin-weld if you need to go that route.
Not sure how uncomfortable if will be for the shooters next to you. But if thats a worry, the Mod 2 is compatible with the Fortis Control Shield Muzzle Device. I believe thats the only difference between the original and Mod 2.
I'd purchase this again and have no problems recommending this muzzle device. Happy Shooting.

UTG Pro AR15 Ops Ready S1 Mil-spec Stock
First the cons - its pretty bulky and heavy. It doesn't go on nearly as smoothly as other stocks. But if these things don't bother you, its a solid upgrade over the cheap milspec stocks.
Pros - the cheek weld is nice, and its comfortable against your shoulder.
I ended up putting it on a M&P 15-22. It is a little tight. But i'd rather it be tight than have rattle. It fit a Rugar AR the same.
Overall its nice if you just want it as a backup or cheap alternative to your standard milspec.

Geissele M-Lok Rail Panels
The DDC pictured and the ddc color which I received look nothing alike. I have a Geissele super duty ddc, the rail panels I received do not match at all.
That's where the -1 star comes in. I'm still giving 4 Stars because the panels are very high quality and work as intended. I have some Magpul panels on another tool, and those are solid as well. I'd give the endge to Geissele, but if I were focusing on budget first, I'd go Magpul and be plenty happy.
These have almost a grip tape like texture, but not tough on the hands. Overall, I'd buy em again.

Vltor Charging Handle, 5.56mm
So this was fine in the first upper (Aero) I put it in. The other 2 uppers I tried (ruger556, bcm) had an extremely tight fit creating unnecessary drag and wear.
Just for kicks I checked the fit on a second Aero, and it took force to put it in place. My conclusion is, the specs are slightly off. If I had to do it again, I'd opt for a different option. The Aero Breach is a great option and wont break the bank.

Savior Equipment Mobile Stand Firearm Rack
Great rack for home or away when you wanna play on range day. I dont always rhyme, but when I do, its completely on accident. The only downside to this rack is its the awkward inability to break down any smaller. Easy assembly, no tools necessary.

Vltor Charging Handle, 5.56mm
I have Geissele ACH and Noveske Super Bada$$ charging handles - both a step above this one imho. Also a lot pricier. But this works well and its a time proven piece. I threw this one onto an Aero Wylde 18" upper. It works well and smooth.
Homeschool your kids!!! I'd recommend this CH to anyone who wants to save a few bucks without sacrificing anything in terms of performance.
