***UPDATE***
The finally got a human at the manufacturer who told me this item DOES NOT come with a screw. The screw that is needed comes with the pistol grip item which in my case I do not need as my 12G came with one.
I asked if they could send/sell me one and he said they don't have any on hand which I feel is not true but that's what they said, sadly. I then asked for the dimension/size so I could try to find one online or at a local store but he couldn't provide that either. Nice guy just no going the extra mile for good ole fashioned customer service.
The item is great but not having a screw to mount it in the box is crappy to say the least! There should be a disclaimer about this so that no one else gets duped.

VISM Classic Commercial Stock
I got this for my Rock Island VRF14 12G along with the VISM Left Side Folding Stock Adapter, Black, VG076 and VISM Grip Adapt Telestock Tube, Black, VG094. Everything fits well. The only issue I have is this tube didn't come with a screw. I am waiting on a call back to see if this is normal. If so, that is not a good thing and I will run this up the chain to see if that can change for future folks and or put a item number on here for the specific screw that should be included.
Other then the missing screw this is awesome so far :)
