Won't feed hollow points

I just installed this on my Aero Precision 9mm PCC. There isn't enough of a feed ramp to allow hollowpoints to feed properly. It jams every time. Pretty disappointing coming from Faxon. Looks like I'll need to send it off to a blacksmith and have them modify it to the way it should've been from the factory.

I was very impressed by the optic at first, very nice looking but it started have problems immediately. The only way it would display the circle reticle was on the 2 brightest settings. Once I got below that the circle disappeared and I was left with just a dot. It also had moments when it was cutting in and out. I tried 3 different brand new batteries and made sure the battery cap was screwed on properly but the sight is definitely defective. Very disappointed that I didn’t even get to shoot with it once. Gonna send back for store credit and pay a little more for something with better quality control.
