just get it
Written on Jul 23, 2025
Ive built a few PSA build kits over the years and settled with short chinesium dedicated castle nut wrenches that barely got the job done. Tried replacing the back plate with a QD sling plate on an already assembled AR that had no loctite applied and even after drilling out the staking I couldn't get torque without those tiny wrenches breaking. Bought a better quality but same size and it didn't break but still couldn't get the torque.
Finally just dropped the money on these since they were on sale (still not cheap but on sale)
Dude. These are good quality just holding them. They have heft. The "axe" tool is long enough to get enough leverage. I probably spent close to this much on junk over the past 10 years if I'd have just got this to start I'd have saved so much dang frustration.

Review for
SilencerCo Glock Threaded Barrel
I haven't been able to take it to the range however fit and finish is great. The firearm can be manually cycled with no issues. I own multiple SiCo products including supressors and they stand by their products so I know I'm covered if there are any issues.

Meh. Mediocre
Written on Sep 28, 2020
I had to send my gun into the factor so I couldn't test this out when I got it. So it was past the return window once I got it. This was mediocre at best. Poor finish with mold lines from being made. Also the gun didn't fit well, required some dremmeling and the gun sits a little crooked Which sucks. The metal of the actual gun is still unaffected but it sits angles like 3-5 degrees to the left finally the hinge for the folding stock is right where I want to place my thumb and really cramps up my hand

Not semi fit
Written on Jul 15, 2020
Local gunsmith who has charged quite fairly for services, $5 to throw on and time an ASR muzzle device, $150 to thread extend and then 1/2x28 thread the extension for a 9mm barrel, quoted me $200 to fit the the barrel bc it was so out of tolerance. So, I said nope and he informed me he could extend and thread the factory barrel for $150. This barrel came in poor packaging, a plastic bag, all beat to heck too. So I just returned it.
