Honest DD upper review
Written on Jan 07, 2024
This is my second DD upper. All of their products are well made and I've never had any issues with anything they make. If they do it, they do it well. The rail is, without a doubt, the nicest rail system I have ever used or laid hands on. For around $1000.00 this is an amazing deal. Fit and finish is great with one exception. The Surefire muzzle device seems to be timed a couple of degrees off of center judging by the two notches at the bottom of the muzzle device. The pinning and welding work looks great. It is OBVIOUSLY a pinned muzzle device. I don't think this is worth making a fuss about but I do expect perfection from DD. The other issue with the muzzle device is something that I knew about so I can't really blame OP or DD... The surefire warcomp is a tuning fork! I can hear it ring even when I flip the safety off, gently cycle the bolt, or firmly adjust the stock. In retrospect the birdcage would have probably been a better option for me since I don't have a can.

A nice little upgrade

This is pretty spendy for a small part but I am glad I got it. Ruger American Ranch 7.62x39. Replaced the cheap plastic bolt shroud. Fit and finish are fantastic. I do wish I got the black one instead of red but oh well. Search Youtube for install instructions. A quick twist and it slides right on. Should not require force or filing (at least for my rifle).

Full holster is not good

Review for
Rounded Weapon Mounted Light Holster
I've used the rounded half holster that doesn't cover the whole slide and those work well. HOWEVER, the full holster that covers the entire slide is JUNK! There is no retention screw. It is essentially a kydex clamshell that snaps over the pistol with a seam along the entire top of the slide. It's pretty useless. The retention is way too tight. I tried it on a Glock 19x with a TLR-1 and a couple of different Glock builds. The fit was terrible across the board. I am leaving my review as 3 stars since the half holsters are actually fairly nice.

wiggle wiggle
Written on Jan 07, 2024
Tried this on two different mil spec buffer tubes. Oddly the stock is difficult to adjust (sticky) but also has quite a bit of front/back wiggle. Quality is OK but this is just not for me. Going to return it and get a B5.

Review for
Seekins Precision SP Safety Selector Kit
Love the brand... well constructed... just dont like the feel. Too rough and they stick out a bit farther than a stock selector. I have the bolt catch as well. Same problems. The weight savings aren't worth it imho

Can we get more of these in different models!?!?
Written on Jan 10, 2021
This product is absolutely fantastic! Can't say how much I love it... I've bought one for my g19 and lc9. I wish they made more models. They are great for pocket carry, IWB, or just safely handling while loaded. Run a slip knot through your belt loop and when you pull the gun from IWB or pocket the trigger guard will snap off for emergency use.
I don't know why this product is not getting more attention!!!
Buy it now and thank me later.
