I have not had the chance to get to the range with this yet, but the first impressions are good. The adaptor fits snuggly into the magwell of my BCM and Aero lowers, and the included instructions are both simple to understand and easily executable. I am able to cycle (feed and eject) reliably at home with round nose and Federal syntech hollow point ammo in my BCA side charging upper. I know that Stern defense does not recommend BCA bolts, so I am only cycling for now. When I get another 9mm upper and bolt I will try this adaptor out. I will say that currently, feeding jams occur if you don't aggressively slingshot the charging handle. So to be safe, don't ride the bolt home slowly. I love the versatility of this adaptor.
