I’ve been in law enforcement for 18 years and safariland holsters are my favorite by far. Both professionally and chosen personally. I wanted to get into the 2011 game so I bought a Kimber 2k11 comp. Did a little research and found the safariland 6354RDSO for staccato fits my gun so without hesitation I made the purchase. Holster arrived fairly quickly but to my surprise the als locking system would not lock on my 2k11. I looked into the holster and noticed the x300 flashlight plug and the factory barrel plug were not even like the pistol setup. I unscrewed the barrel plug and used a dremmel tool to shave off about 3/4” and reinstalled the barrel plug to keep the factory look. Als system now works how it was designed. Happy with the purchase, same quality I expect from safariland. Hope this helps anyone with a 2k11 comp.
