mounting issues

It works now but it was a pain to mount. To get it correctly on the rail you have to take it all apart to get it to mount correctly. Can't loosen the screw out out all the way either. It has the making for a good mount but needs to be engineered better. When I took the mount apart there were 2 springs that went flying took a day and a half to find them. There wasn't anything in the instructions that say that all had to be done.

I have had the 1 Pro for a year now it has had to sit in a safe for most of its life. (Ammo was crazy then) The 1 Pro red dot is stuck up at the top of the red dot sight and won't move down or right/left. Planet optics is saying that I need to contact Sig. I have but no response. Don't buy it there are other optics out there. This one is not the best. It came messed up in the box and now they don't want to fix there product. I should have gotten a Holosun instead.

Fit just fine on p320 it was on. But shooting is something else you have to manually pull the slide back to have another round enter the chamber to shoot again. So I tried with one of my p320C's fits doesn't work and no instructions on how to adjust it. I have there barrels on them as well. So.

This has to either have a certain scope only or mounting of it is jacked on there end. Doesn't work with primary arms scopes. I asked the question to the company about which work and which ones don't with no response. Do not buy!! the 2x works fine but this one when mounted the lenses can't get focused to see even with making adjustments. Buyer beware.
