Bought these for a Kimber Compact Stainless .45 and the front sight isn't like the low profile OEM sight, tried to file to fit but rode too high, now it i can slide it on with my thumb. Item is not for a Kimber 1911,at least not mine and its got the fixed rear sight as described here. Disappointed.
