As stated in the title, the swivel failed with little usage on my part. I paid Fedex $12.49 to send it back and it has been over a month since it has been in their hands. I did contact them at three weeks to make sure they received it and then at four weeks. It would seem logical that a replacement should have been sent upon receiving the defective unit after all, they claim it's military tough. Maybe a got a lemon who knows, in any event, I'll put it through the paces whenever I do get the bipod back and follow up. Hate to be a soldier out on patrol and have this happen.
