Flat IFAK Pouch

Well constructed IFAK pouch attaches via molle straps. It can be accessed by either hand by pulling either nylon inner pouch strap sideways out of the outer pouch "tube". The inner pouch is retained by Velcro. There is a drawstring on the inner pouch that can be used to hang it to keep the contents off the ground. Take care to stow the nylon grab straps so they don't get snagged. The flat IFAK rides well in the small of back position. Even though there are a few very minor cons, I really like this piece of kit.

This is a well made tourniquet pouch. The retainer strap length can be adjusted by the hidden Velcro in the back of the pouch. It would work well for the CAT tourniquet but is pretty snug on the SOF-T tourniquet. The thumbscrew on the SOF-TT will not fit into the pouch. It attaches via molle straps. Overall, it is still a useful piece of kit for a reasonable price.
