The extended front lip of this magwell makes the PF9040C grip almost as long as the full sized PF940V2 and the slope of the front of the magwell helps keep your grip high and tight. The rear underside of the magwell is also dimpled to accommodate the retaining pins on mag extensions, like TTI's. Compared to my even more expensive Zev carry magwell, this is more comfortable and more functional, I can't reccomend it enough if you have a P80 style grip.
