The full-sized (standard, not compact) with the Piranha texture. The Rex Zero 1 is a handful, and though it shoots soft due to its mass, operating the controls requires a good grip. To me, the AREX stock grips aren't as bad as some people make them out to be, but they do quickly become slick with a little perspiration. Some say these Hogue grips are thinner than the stock ones, making the gun easier to handle if you don't have bear-sized paws. I don't really notice them being much thinner, but the Piranha texture makes a big improvement in the ability to control and manipulate the gun. They look nice and fit the gun well. Installation hint: Use a NEW torx T10 bit and you shouldn't have too much trouble removing the original screws and reusing them. Others say the screws strip easily and I can see that happening if you're not 100% parallel with your bit or if your bit has even a tiny bit of wear.
I really like several other Fobus holsters I have for other guns. Not this one. The description says that it fits the Steyr M40; however, there was no way possible to make it fit. Unlike some kydex holsters that have adjustable screws to tune retention, this holster has only rivets. The fit was not even close and there is no way to adjust it. In general I recommend Fobus holsters, but if you're looking for one for a Steyr handgun then this is not the one you want.
The OEM grips aren't bad, but they are the weak link on an otherwise very fine firearm. I have two varieties of the Rex Zero 1 and the grey/black looks nice on the black tactical version. They are a hair thinner, but contoured better to fit my hand. The texture is just about perfectly rough for me, but if you have soft hands it may take some getting used to. In my opinion this color didn't look as good on the Nickle Zero 1 so I may try the all black Piranha on that. The grip screws on the Zero require a new condition Torx 10 bit and a lot of torque. I wrecked a cheap brand T10 bit and started to worry about getting one screw out, but a better quality bit did the trick.
