308 carbine buffer

I decided to give this new product a try and after two trips to the range i have nothing bad to say. I upgraded my stock on my 16' Bushmaster LR308(ar10) and this helped to soften the recoil a bit. If you look around you know that heavy 308 carbine buffers are expensive so this is a real steal for the quality and finish. Combine this with a JP Enterprises Teflon coated buffer spring and you get a super smooth & quiet cycling gun. Great Job Dark Storm and thank you Optics Planet for continued great pricing!

Top Quality at great value

I was looking for a mil-spec buffer to replace a commercial spec on my Bushmaster LR308(ar10) and I really wanted to keep the price reasonable but didn't want the quality issues i read about on most sub $30 tubes. I hadn't heard of Dark Hour so i called them and they were super responsive and with great customer service. This tube is Teflon coated and perfectly smooth inside with a drain hole. The 11 position is great for excellent position control. This buffer even has the built in anti tilt on the front threads. The color is a perfect matte black and the tube has a really cool ribbed shape instead of being perfectly round like most. Honestly for the price and quality and great looks you can't do better. Buy it!

DD AR Grip

This is one of the better feeling AR grips I've tried and the grippy rubber is soft and feels impact absorbing. For the price you can't go wrong and if you match this with one of DD's stocks it will freshen up the look of any AR. Don't forget that you need to remove those difficult roll pins on your stock trigger guard to install this but the great news is that this one includes a screw so you don't have to go back to using a roll pin. I looked around and found the best pricing through OpticsPlanet yet again.

I was a little hesitant whether this product would work for my AR10 but i decided to roll the dice and what a nice surprise. Great product and fairly easy to install if you take your time and strip down your gun completely. None of the included precut shapes will fit your AR10 but GunSkins doesn't claim it will as this is specifically for AR15 size. This will freshen up the look of any gun and gives it a nice soft feel. I actually have enough product left to cover most of my AR15 too. Thanks OpticsPlanet on another quality product.
