"Intrinsicly safe" aptly describes this flashlight. Polypropylene is very chemical resistant, non sparking if dropped or banged against metal and with o-rings, 3 position switch and an led, this flashlight is ideal as an emergency kit staple.
I purchased two to keep in my vehicles. 50 lumens is bright enough to light up a room, but not too bright to drain a set of cells dry quickly. Good quality and American made.
