Turn front screw in to lower gas flow not out!
Written on Mar 08, 2019
I think some people don't understand how to properly turn the Allen keyed screws to lower gas flow. I'd recommend installing your gas tube into block first, turn set screw on side all the way out, to allow adjustment screw to turn in without binding. Turn front adjustment screw all the way in and blow thru gas tube to check if flow is low. It goes way into the gas block! You'll notice as you blow thru gas tube as you back out screw air flow will increase. After you test flow then finish install onto AR barrel. Simple as that! Screw goes in to lower gas flow and out to increase flow. Side screw is to lock in flow once you test fire and find correct setting.

Great adjustable gas block at a low price on O.P.

I searched online for a micro adjustable gas block for my ar pistol and was amazed at how expensive most are. I found the Radical Firearms .750 adjustable gas block the cheapest on Optics Planet so I searched the reviews online & found mixed reviews. I figured at the price I'd take a gamble and ordered 2 of them. Mine came in the mail quickly in a plain unpadded plastic mailing bag. No directions but Google will get you there. Installed one very simply in less than an hour, including disassembling & reassembly of the flash hider and free float tube, old gas block etc. Mine fit nice and snug by hand, no barrel fitment issues at all. Gas tube and roll pin went in without issue. Locking and adjustment set screws were threaded fine on mine. I can reach both adjustment and set screws thru my m-lok handguard slots. Side silver screw is set/lock screw and front larger one is the adjustment screw. You can adjust the flow nice and low. Happy with my purchase and highly recommend you buy one. They must have worked out any past issues others have had.
