Difficult fit and concealment for certain body types

Comfort of the holster is rather good as far how things feel against the leg. There is a good amount of padding on the back. My downside with this holster is the limited adjustment if you have a distance from your ankle to your knee of less than 15". With the leg strap installed, the amount of hook and loop compatible strapping didn't prove to be sufficient to support a loaded compact 9mm. While the tension of the leg holster itself is great, the strap doesn't offer much lateral support l, especially while moving at any pace beyond a crippled walk. The width of the loaded holster creates such an abnormal profile on the leg, such that it would require extremely wide or relaxed-fit pants legs to decently conceal.
