NcSTAR VISM SPD Micro Solar Reflex Sight
This thing is great. Holds zero after thousands of rounds, clear glass, great battery life. Not the most sleek or best looking RDS, but it performs like them. Used it on a qualifying course of fire, and now it sits on my hip for work. Paired perfectly with my Walter clone to be a dynamic duo. Would have 5 stars but the solar dot (not the battery dot) isn’t the most crisp dot I’ve seen.

Good Intent, Bad Execution.

Blackhawk tried to wedge their way in to the weapon light market to fit their SERPA platform. Cool idea guys! But your light sucks. A LOT of guys at the PD got these lights and holster, and almost all of us had the light rail at the range from shock, or in the middle of clearing a house (with good batteries). The light just isn’t up to par with everyday use. Probably why they came out with the EPOCH and OMNIVORE.
As good as more pricey carriers.

I wear this carrier on a daily basis in Law Enforcement and K9. It is a VERY well made vest with good features, good stitching, comfortable, and modular. It can fit plates, soft armor, all snug and secure. Others at my department have purchased the vest as well. The strange lack of a line of MOLLE above the integrated pouch is the only reason for a 4 star review.
Also, took these plates out to the range, and they took 23 rounds of 5.56 before they failed.
