Built like a tank and a bit large but not too heavy. Vortex products can be heavy but this one they tried to shave off weight and did a nice job. It looks futuristic (Star Wars) so went with it. Turns some heads at the range. Go get one! Holds zero and NV friendly. This is a shorter range tactical site….home defense type thing.

Too Specialized For My Rifles

Man I really wanted these to work... I love the smaller form factor and right away could tell they were high quality. I have several AR15 and AK47 platforms and couldn’t get these to work. The front site seemed to be the issue. Never could get the site picture to line up. I read several reviews with similar issues so didn’t call the manufacturer and ended up returning them last week.

This sucker is expensive but if you can get over that the performance you will gain is well worth it. Your rifle will cycle smoother and quieter. As we all know one of the not so great designs for an AR are the buffer and spring. With this device all of that goes away!
