Wasteful packaging

Don't get me wrong. The ammo is awesome. What is "bad" about it is that they are packaged in oversized boxes that make storing in ammo cans ridiculous. It's not match ammo. It's range ammo. It's the same diameter case and same length as 5.56, yet it's packaged in .308 sized boxes. Silly.

QC issues with fit

Nice looking unit and would have been fantastic if it fit. Since others have given it 5 stars, they must not have gotten one that was out of spec like mine or they just cross threaded the heck out of them. The holes were just far enough off that the screws would not go straight in. I'm just glad I didn't get impatient and force them in only to ruin my slide. This is a review of THIS particular unit. All my other Holosuns have been awesome.

Lacks Quality Control

Tried mounting to my vp9 tactical only to discover the holes didn't line up. Maybe just a bad unit but a less patient person would easily cross thread and ruin a slide. Off just enough that the screws wouldn't go straight in.
