UTG Pro QD AK Side Mounts
Word of warning.... they tell you in the directions to loosen the screw then attach it to the rail. What they fail to tell you is that the screw is freaking BACKWARDS threaded. Three or four turns later when I start wondering why the screw doesn't feel much looser the bottom part collapses turning this POS into a $40 bit of junk metal.
If you're going to backwards thread something and only a few turns will ruin the mount.... you should put something about that in your instructions.
I'm going to think twice before I ever buy another UTG product. I've been generally happy with the brand until this purchase but this might be my last.

Seems well made but not very comfortable on the back strap

It was easy to install, looks good and offers much better grip than the plastic grip that comes on the AK but the stippling on the back strap of the grip consists of little hard bumps that press into your hand.
I would have preferred they texture it like the front of the grip with a broken line configuration as a hundred little pins poking into the palm of your hand isn't very comfortable.
Still it seems like a solid product.

NcSTAR 2 Point / 1 Point Sling
Apparently where ever this sling was designed people are about 7 foot tall because on my 5'11 frame the sling shortened the most it can be my 16" barrel AR hangs on my thighs with the butt on my belly.
My AR pistol was worse.
There is only one adjustment device on the sling which is bad but the quality seems to be good. I'm thinking about cutting and removing about 30 inches (I'm not exaggerating) of webbing and having my wife re-sew it. A pain in the butt when a second adjustment clip would have the same effect.
