Needed new sights on 3 M&P's after Tru-Glo TFO's lost the front light pipe. Very happy with these as the replacements. Rear dot helps pick up the notch in poor light and is not noticed in bright light -- where it isn't needed. Chose the rounded notch as that is what was available for the Shield, and I wanted them all the same -- happy with that choice. I found the Orange front ring to be more visible than the yellow/green.
