I used this magazine for a FIXED MAGAZINE build so I can have evil features in california. This magazine installs by separating the upper and lower receiver, removing the bolt catch and then dropping into the magazine well from the top. Then you reinstall the bolt catch and upper. It is not removable from the bottom of the magazine well. It has worked great, I loaded it with a Bear Flag Defense BF-10 Loader. The other reviewer clearly did not realize the magazine was intended to be a FIXED MAGAZINE.
