Vltor Modular Upper Receiver
Upper receiver arrived quickly, but looks like what I would consider a factory second. The cut along the bottom of the receiver has dings that will be especially apparent once it’s on a lower. Looks like it was tossed into a bin before it went to anodizing. There’s an engraving on top of the rail of an American flag and a patent pending number, which is so horribly offset of center that is screams “look this was made in the USA, you can tell how strict our QC standards are”. Aesthetics aside, these are killer upper receivers, just know that you might not be putting the first imperfections on these.
