I ordered a 1022 Tactical specifically for this build. Some things worth knowing. I used a treaded 16” barrel with a KAW 3” blast diverter to clear the stock. It cleared just barely. I’m using an Athlon Talos BTR 1-4X24 Gen2 scope but had to reverse mount it on the LPVO mount for proper eye relief.

Regular scope rings won’t work with LPVO scopes due to the long eye relief.
Extra tall scope rings work fine with a Vortex 3x9 22lr scope, but you have to really flatten your head into the stock for good eye alignment.

I added a bit of dry graphite lubricant in all the trigger friction surfaces and seems to work great.

Carries well in hand and with a sling with the LPVO and it’s extremely well balanced while shooting. With the 3x9 scope it felt front heavy and awkward to carry on the sling.
