It works wonderful for spotting wildlife around my home at night. I haven't used it for hunting yet, plan on it this year somewhere. I sighted it in during daylight hours and shot it at night using a hand warmer on my target. Worked well. Look out predators. I wear glasses and it works fine that way or without them. Range finder works well. Pip function is amazing. only real con is no user manual, it comes with quick start manual. You need the user manual. I liked this so well I ordered the Accolade XP50 Binoculars also

Pulsar Accolade XP50 Thermal Binoculars
I purchased the Pulsar Trail 1.6-12.8x42 LRF XP50 Thermal Riflescope and it works wonderful, but on the firearm it became a lot to carry around for spotting wildlife around my home at night. I then purchased the Accolade XP50 Binoculars and they are light and easy to operate. At first trying to remember which button to push was difficult, because the Trail is a little different in operation. My only cons so far is Pulsar doesn't provide a pocket manual, you have to download and print the manual. TO BIG for my pocket and I can't wear my glasses for smooth operation, but they are easily adjusted to use without my glasses. It is a little inconvenient, but you'll love them in use.

I was very disappointed in this expensive scope, wouldn't connect with phone at all from the 1st day I received it. The extra battery pack had the wrong plug connections. The thread pattern for the range finder was wrong, the 1st time I shot it it flew off. ATN's service was extremely poor, I'm still waiting for my return phone calls. It finally locked up, so I waited for the battery to go dead so it would shut off. It was all finally returned to buy a different scope, I went to a Pulsar.
