Does not work with the V7 AR 10. It’s too small and will not even manually hold the bolt back. Do not buy. It’s was not defective. I compare another At Rainier Arms and it was exactly the same. It was a waste of time. But AR 10 are notorious for having the bolt not hold open on the last round
