Installed on Rossi RS22 easily and without modifications or adjustments.

Yes, this will fit a Rossi RS 22 without any issues. The only thing different is the there is no way to use the rear action screw. You remove the bolt in the grip and it is basically clamped instead of using the rear screw. I haven't shot it so I can't really say if that will affect accuracy. The rifle was surprisingly accurate before so I hope that doesn't change. I bought the stock because I was shooting the rifle less and just wanted to make something different than my bolt action and 1022.

Nice stock once you fit it

I see people who complain about having to fit the stock to their actions. I've had to fit $300 Boyd stocks too. I'd rather have to do a little filing than have a stock that is too loose. After about 20 minutes, it fits perfectly. I haven't decided if I want to use the barrel support yet. The only down side for some is that it is much heavier than the factory stock.

May require some fitting but the effort is well worth it.

I checked some subs before ordering the stock and the reviews were mixed. I did have to do a little tweaking but I'd rather have too tight of clearances than it be loose. I'm very pleased with the way the rifle now feels. There is a huge difference between the factory stock and the Archangel. It super easy to pickup the crosshairs of my scope with the adjustable cheek riser. If you are a target bench shooter, this is a great choice. It may be a bit heavy if you are hunting or just walking and plinking. The added weight is actually a good thing off a bench.
