Works on my m-lok handguard that doesn't have a top rail. It's low profile enough for me to install an IR laser at 12 o'clock without blocking the red dot and the iron sights.
Bought the traditional curved model. Definitely feels smoother than the mil-spec trigger. The binary mode functions perfectly. Not difficult to install if you follow the instructions.
