The vise assembles quickly and easily even though the supplied instructions (step 1) are not correct. On my first use of this vise the ease of cleaning a heavy rifle (Garand M 1) made the purchase worthwhile. The vise holds firearms sturdily and securely. The multiple adjustments are what makes this piece of equipment effective.

Review for Tipton Ultra Cleaning Kit
The set is nicely packaged and laid out. The cleaning rod is strong and doesn't wobble when used. The brushes and jags (in their own boxes) are appropriate for all my rifles. The equipment is sturdy and functional. The bore guide set is particularly useful.
