Hard to install at first glance but worth it.

My first gun was a TP9SFX. I got extremely used to the feel of the extended mag release so I've been wanting one for my CC pistol, a TP9SF Elite. It's the same exact part with the 3 different sizes (I use the small). Unfortunately it doesn't come with instructions on the install and I could only find one video online for the SFX. After an hour of tampering, and a sore finger, I figured out and you only need a small set of needle nose pliers, or if you have the kind that curve down it might be even easier. There is a spring/pin holding the release in place that also resets it when you let off the button. It sits in a little channel or canyon. Use pliers to pull this pin which looks like a loop on a bow, and hold on tight because it likes to fly. Once out, slide the release out and set aside along with the pin. Examine the release. There is an oval shaped hole and a normal round one, with the oval shape being at the back of the release and towards your dominate hand (if you're reversing it for left handed use flip the release over and this still applies). The pin will have a long end with a curve and a short straight end. Take your pliers and drop the long curved end into the oval hole on the release. Pull the pin out enough for the short side to be level with the top of the release/bottom of the channel and move the release out until the small hole is barely visible at the edge of the inside of magazine well.
