Gerber Dime Multi Tool
The first thing I noticed about this neat looking tool is it's made in China. I don't like that. I put it on my key ring and the first day I had it in my pocket it managed to somehow pinch the palm of my hand. Severely. My buddy and I couldn't get it to release my flesh it had trapped between the housings in the closed position. I finally got out of it after about two minutes of agony. No blood shed but I will send it back for a refund soon.

SOG PowerLock 2.0 EOD Multi-Tool
SOG has a highly respected name. This tool looks like it's well made but only time will tell how it holds up. My only complaint is that it's made it Taiwan. I'm sure even with the sale price everyone made a huge profit from these foreign made products. I would like to buy USA made products and I am will to pay more for them.
